Description
On the first level, you’ll find a bright living space with a lounge and TV, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking utensils, etc.), and a convivial dining area. There’s also a dedicated workspace for digital nomads and a play corner for children.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await: one with a queen-size bed and a second with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and all the essentials (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, etc.).
The apartment’s real highlight is its large, private, unoverlooked terrace, furnished with an outdoor lounge and a big table for al fresco meals, offering an unobstructed view of nature. You’ll also have access to a shared garden, two private parking spaces, and a bike shelter.
This non-smoking, no-pets accommodation is perfect for families, nature lovers, and fans of astronomy and birdwatching.

The entire accommodation is accessible to guests via a separate outdoor staircase located at the back of the building.

From E411 towards Luxembourg:
- Take the Neufchâteau exit.
- Drive through Neufchâteau to Hamipré.
- Follow signs to Assenois.
- Then continue towards Le Sart.
- The gite is located at the entrance to the village.
From E411 towards Namur/Liège:
- Take the Neufchâteau/Léglise exit.
- Continue to Neufchâteau and on to Hamipré.
- Follow signs to Assenois.
- Then continue towards Le Sart.
